I find that most of my sellers are tired and want to relax when the home goes into option pending and they no longer want it to show. I don't show homes that are option pending because to me, until it goes back active, it's off the market and we need to focus on homes that are available. Agents - I want to know what you think?

I would show in Option pending. To be honest many deals fall threw because of financing so I truly believe this is the best route.

I have been a difficult time finding one that is able to assist. Do I pay the realtor? Thanks
